Very good service I Love

Holy was very polite and well-mannered, and Lee was OK until she pulled my Visa card out of my hands because I told her I wanted to see what I was paying for first, since the PIN pad screen wasn't working properly. I don’t know about other customers, but I like to check first because I don’t want to overpay for service I didn’t ask for. There was another lady who used to do my eyebrow wax many years ago; I asked her if she still waxes eyebrows since I haven't been in this location for many years…. I didn't hear her response because she had the mask on, and she didn't stop walking or look at me when she supposedly answered, so I asked, “Holy, did she hear me?” and the lady answered in a very rude tone, “I said yes many times.” I just laughed in embarrassment and anger. This will be my last time at this place; the customer service is bad and not well-mannered.
